MULTANI MITTI

The age old ingredient is known for its anti-acne properties. However, most of the acne is also due to excess oil on the face. Multani mitti tackles the problem by striking at the root cause. Take multani mitti as per your requirement and soak it in water for 15-20 minutes prior to the application. In case your skin is a bit too oily, add a few drops of lemon too. Mix and add water to get the right consistency. Apply the mask and leave it on for about 20 minutes. Wash it off and enjoy your naturally matte skin. Repeat twice in a week and see the difference for yourself.

BANANA AND HONEY

The banana and honey mask is perfect for anyone with dry skin type. Some naturally moisturising ingredients leave your face looking shiny. However, these ingredients will not have the same effect. Take one fully ripe banana and add two tablespoons of honey to it. Mix and mash it well together. Apply to fresh and clean face. Leave it on for about 20 minutes and wash off with lukewarm water. The effects will be seen almost instantly. This mask deeply nourishes your skin and leaves it feeling healthy all day long. Repeat the application as frequently as you need and you are good to go.

GRAM FLOUR

This one is for all those who have a combination skin. Gram flour is one ingredient that helps in making the skin glow by exfoliation. Depending on your skin type you can literally use any ingredient and target the concern. For oily skin, use the combination of lemon juice and turmeric; for dry skin types, use the milk cream (malai) with turmeric. Turmeric is an optional ingredient. If you have a combination skin, or certain areas that are oily and certain areas that are dry, make both type of masks. Apply different masks to different areas of your face, as per the concern. There is no way that this tip will leave you disappointed.
